  • Deposits

    All appointments (except 6-8 week touch-up appointments) require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. Those who arrive for their appointment but aren’t able to be tattooed due to any of the contraindications or for not following correct pre-care mentioned in the Services and FAQ pages of my website will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. 

  • Reschedules & Cancellations

    A minimum of 72 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel all appointments. If less than 72 hours notice is given this will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. A courtesy of one reschedule if given more than 72 hours notice is allowed, additional rescheduling will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment.

  • Corrections & Coverups

    Corrections and 'touch-ups' on clients from other artists are taken on a case-by-case basis. All corrections or anyone who’s had permanent makeup done by another artist previously must get pre-approval by emailing me a clear photo of your existing tattoo to ensure it is light enough to work on. If you show up with brows that are tattooed without pre-approval and they are too dark to work on your deposit will be forfeit and removal may be recommended. 

  • Late Arrival

    As a courtesy to my other clients, please arrive at your appointment on time. Those who arrive more than 15 minutes late may have to reschedule their appointment which will result in a loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

  • Results

    Each individual is different and healed results cannot be guaranteed. Lifestyle factors and adherence to proper aftercare will greatly impact the outcome, and even then results can vary between individuals. A minimum of two sessions is required and in some cases, additional touch-ups or a third appointment may be required to achieve the desired result.

  • No Shows

    If you do not show up to your appointment and have not given me notice, your card on file will be charged 50% of your remaining balance. If you are not able to make your appointment, even if it is within the 72 hour window, reach out via email before your appointment time to avoid these charges.
